<span style="font-weight: normal;">Voici une recette de pâte a pizza que j'ai trouvé dans un livre de recette et que j'ai testé ce week end.<br />C'était un véritable délice et préparé la pâte m'a pris moins de 10 minutes avec le robot, le plus long étant de laisser reposer la pâte (plus d'une heure).</span></h4>

<li>1 sachet de levure chimique </li>
<li>1 pincée de sel</li>
<li>4 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive</li>
<li>25cl d'eau tiède</li>

<li>Dans la cuve du robot mettre le sel, l'huile d'olive et l'eau tiède</li>
<li>Mélanger la farine et la levure et l'ajouter dans la cuve avant de mélanger le tout</li>
<li>Pétrir pendant quelques minutes lorsque la boule est bien élastique laisser la pâte reposer dans un bol couvert pendant une heure à température ambiante (Attention, ne pas ouvrir, l'air ne doit pas entrer dans le bol)</li>
<li>Lorsque la pâte à reposé la couper en deux, couvrir le tout et laisser a nouveau reposer pendant 15 minutes</li>
<li>Ensuite étaler la pâte sur un plan de travail a l'aide d'un rouleau a pâtisserie</li>
<li>Garnir la pâte et la cuire. </li>

<li>3 oeufs</li>
<li>70g de farine</li>
<li>30g de maizena</li>
<li>200g de chocolat (au lait ou noir)</li>
<li>100g de beurre</li>
<li>150g de sucre</li>
<li>Noix (facultatif)</li>

<u>Préparation</u></div>

<li>Préchauffer le four à 150° (thermostat 5).</li>
<li>Casser le chocolat et le faire fondre avec le beurre au micro onde ou dans une casserole.</li>
<li>Mélanger la farine, la maizena et le sucre dans un saladier.</li>
<li>Y ajouter le mélange beurre/chocolat fondu.</li>
<li>Battre les oeufs et les ajouter à la préparation avant de mélanger le tout.</li>
<li>Beurrer et fariner un plat peu profond.</li>
<li>Y ajouter la préparation et mettre au four à 150° pendant +- 25 minutes, vérifier la cuisson a l'aide de la lame d'un couteau.</li>

<li><i><span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-small;">Incorporer les 2 oeufs et fouetter</span></i></li>
<li><i><span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-small;">Ajouter la farine et la levure et mélanger soigneusement</span></i></li>
<li><i><span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-small;">Ajouter de l'arôme</span></i></li>
<li><i><span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-small;">Ajouter l'huile de tournesol mélanger une dernière fois pour avoir une pâte bien lisse </span></i></li>
<li><i><span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-small;">Beurrer et fariner le moule de cuisson et y verser la pâte</span></i></li>
<li><i><span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-small;">Enfourner +- 25 minutes en surveillant la cuisson (enfoncer la lame dans le centre, si elle ressort "sèche" c'est prêt!)</span></i></li>

D'aussi loin que je m'en souvienne, j'ai toujours adoré faire des pâtisseries en tout genre (des biscuits, des gâteaux, des sucreries,…). Ce qui me plait surtout c'est de créer à partir d'ingrédients banals qu'on a tous -pour la plupart- dans nos cuisines de délicieuses pâtisseries et petits plats qui raviront vos papilles.</span></span><br />
